We can collect your grocerys, shopping purchases, buy gifts, flowers, wrap and personally deliver them. We can also take your groceries home and restock your pantry and fridge.

If you have a special event that you don’t want the other person knowing about, we can be your secret helper and have everything set up on your behalf.

We take care of your housekeeping errands and household mamagement.

Sometimes a quick clean up before you and or guests arrive might be all you need but we also help with organizing closets, the pantry, bedrooms, the home office or any place in your home that needs some attention and organization. We’ll even send your unwanted items to the thrift store or list them on KSL for you.

Getting to the airport, a doctors appointment, important meeting, party, special event or anywhere else becomes much simpler with a private driver to take you where you need to go. Your concierge will chauffeur you to your destination wait and return*. Convenient and a time saver. No time is lost and you can continue business as usual while we take care of your travel arrangements.

* A concierge will be your private driver in your vehicle and return it to where it needs to go, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

This is a great service if you are particularly busy or down a staff member and need an additional pair of hands to complete office and business tasks efficiently to keep things running smoothly.

Every project is customized to each client. Our rates vary based on the scope of the project and your specific needs. We may give you an estimate but will only charge for the time to complete the task/s. A retainer is collected before commencing. Additional time will be charged at 15 minute increments after the first hour and may be charged separately to complete the full charge.

The base hourly rate is $55/per concierge – paid prior to work commencing. An online payment link will be sent to you. It will include the hourly rate and any mileage in order to complete the task

For specialized business requests such as website design, online marketing, graphic designing the hourly rate is $100.

All jobs are charged in time with a minimum of 1 hour – regardless if the job takes 10 minutes or up to 1 hour

Jobs that exceed the 1 hour minimum will be charged in increments of 15 minutes and prorated from the hourly rate. Prorated rate is $13.75 for each additional 15 minutes.

Mileage is an additional charge and calculated at $0.75 per mile. Mileage is calculated from my home office in Pleasant View until the job is complete. However, if the job takes me outside of Weber County the mileage will be charged to return and additional time added to the service.

Any products, merchandise or other services rendered that is not part of my concierge services will need to be paid in advance or funds sent to me to cover the cost of your purchases. Any unused funds will be returned to you. These purchases are made on you behalf at your own discretion and risk.

Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated

Your concierge is on-call whenever you need assistance, however please give as much notice as possible. There may be a delay if our Concierge’s are the process of completing another job.

Standard hours of business are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Anything after 6pm or on weekends or public holidays are only offered if a Concierge is available and with a 30% surcharge added. Hourly rate per concierge for after hours service is $71.50/hour.

We cannot offer services to you without a consultation first. We do not accept every client request. We have a limited clientele. This is to honor our clients in ensuring they get top level service and care when they need it. Once you are on the VIP Client list you can request services any time.

• Anything illegal, immoral, unsafe, dangerous or inappropriate. We have the right to refuse any service for any reason. Dashing Concierge is a reputable business and the safety of our Concierge’s and others is not a negotiable item.
• We cannot transport people or pets in our vehicles. Our insurance does not cover this service. We can however, chauffer you using your vehicle under your insurance. No liability will be accepted by the Concierge or our company.
• We are not a cleaning service but can do light housekeeping duties such as organizing and tidying. If you require professional house cleaning services we can make recommendations.
• We cannot give you legal or accounting advice, or offer medical services. Home care after surgery or after delivering a baby is helping you do the things in your home or run errands outside the home that you physically cannot, or just need help with, while you are recovering. We cannot administer medication or any other services that requires a CNA, a Nurse or Doctors license.

Our business practice is offered with complete privacy. Client information is kept completely confidential and discreet. We uphold and honor your privacy and personal details with the highest regard and integrity. Some errands will require that we disclose certain information in order to complete the task.

All Concierge’s are dressed in uniform and have identification on them. This is also for their safety and security as we enter your private home or business with your permission and perform work on your behalf. If you want your Concierge dressed in plain clothes please advise us and we will be happy to accomodate.
